Laboratory Monitoring System
Bošeľa, Jaroslav ; Křepelka, Václav (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with network monitoring solution for school laboratory network. Describes the laboratory network devices, their purpose and condition before applying configuration, it also contains a comparison of commercial supervision network systems and the choice of one that has been used. The essence of the thesis is focused onto SNMP protocol, its use in laboratory network monitoring. In the practical part of the thesis is created the system supervision configuration, which is applied into laboratory network and ensures the supervision and monitoring for whole laboratory network.
Comparison of rap lyrics contents in the USA and the Czech Republic
Beránek, Antonín ; Halada, Andrej (advisor) ; Hroch, Miloš (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with a comparison of the content of trap music lyrics in the USA and the Czech Republic. It examines eleven Czech and eleven US songs with the aim of finding out in which topics the lyrics from both countries differ. I hypothesize that the differences in the themes present in Czech and US rap song are due to different socio-cultural influences. The theory part deals with the definition of the basic concepts related to the topic, the history and development of the genre in both countries and the socio-cultural background which influenced the emergence of rap and it's subgenre trap. In addition, it also examines the rap audience, trying to define whether/how rap fans differ from the general population, and in doing so, aiming to provide a better understanding of the connection between the genre and its fans. The final theme discussed in the theory part are streaming services, mainly YouTube, which was used for the purposes of the research. In the empirical part, qualitative content analysis is used to answer the following research questions: (1) How does the frequency of themes contained in the most listened to songs written by Czech musicians and US musicians differ? (2) Is there a greater representation of original trap music themes in songs currently produced in the US...
Způsoby likvidace Lýkožrouta smrkového
ŘÍHA, Jan
The bachelor thesis deals with the morphology and life cycle of the spruce lichen-eater. The main focus is on measures to combat the spruce lichen-eater and an overview of such techniques and technologies designed for that. Here I describe the issue of swarming, wintering and what bark beetles have natural enemies. The bachelor's thesis describes how to treat the lichen-eater, how to prevent it, and mainly there are instructions on how to use individual technologies for its disposal. It is a mechanical technology of liquidation or even chemical liquidation. There is also a research overview of articles from international databases and extracts from them in my words. The aim of this work is to create a research overview of the biology and methods of disposal of the spruce lichen-eater.

10 SUMMARY Proteins represent one of the basic building blocks of all organisms. To understand their function at the molecular level is one the critical goals of current biological, biochemical and biophysical research. It is important to characterise all aspects that affect the localisation of proteins into different compartments with specific functions, the dynamic structure of proteins and their role in multiprotein assemblies, because altering these properties can lead to various diseases. Most of the proteomic studies are nowadays performed using biochemical approaches that allow us to study multicellular organism or tissue at once. The disadvantage of these methods is complex preparation of sample and the need for a large number of cells, which leads to the loss of information at the molecular level and in individual cells. On the contrary, microscopy can provide rather detailed information about proteins of interest and at the level of a single cell. A variety of fluorescence microscopy methods in combination with recombinant DNA techniques were applied to elucidate subcellular localisation of transmembrane adaptor proteins (TRAPs) in human lymphocytes and their nanoscopic organisation at the plasma membrane. Linker of activation of T lymphocytes (LAT), phosphoprotein associated with...

Low-labour demanding technological procedure of monitoring of stored product beetles using traps with multi-component attractant
Stejskal, Václav ; Aulický, Radek
The aim of the work was to provide pest control, agricultural and food industry practice with information about multi-component monitoring tool for stored product pest beetles. It was evaluated the laboratory efficacy of a new trap „Multi-Insect-Trap“, containing combined pheromone and food attractant for several storage pests species. In small arenas (exposure: 74 hours, 25oC) was tested 6 species of stored product beetles. The efficacy decreased in the following order: Cryptolestes ferrugineus – 100%, Lasioderma serricorne – 100%, Oryzaephilus surinamensis - 70%, Stegobium paniceum - 70%, Sitophilus granarius – 60% and Tribolium castaneum- 40%. The work was supported by projects of Czech ministry of agriculture NAZV QH91146 and Vyzkumný zamer 0002700604.
